How long does installation take?

Most kitchens are completed in 2-4 hours. Bathroom vanities in 1-2 hours. You can use your countertops the same day. We work efficiently while maintaining our precision standards – no rushing, no shortcuts.

Do you install on existing countertops or only new ones?

Accepted Answer

Both! We can protect brand new countertops before first use (ideal timing), or apply to existing countertops after professional cleaning/restoration (if needed). Most existing countertops are great candidates as long as they're in good condition.

Will the film damage my stone when removed?

Accepted Answer

No. Our film uses stone-safe adhesive that removes cleanly without residue or damage. It's designed to be removable and replaceable. When you remove it after 10+ years, your stone underneath will be in pristine "like-new" condition.

Does it really prevent etching from lemon and wine?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The film creates a complete physical barrier. Acidic liquids never touch your stone. We demonstrate this with live tests – we pour lemon juice and red wine on protected samples and wipe them away with zero damage. Traditional sealers can't do this.

Can I place hot pans on protected countertops?

The film is heat resistant to 300°F (150°C), which covers most cooking scenarios – pots from the stove, warm baking dishes, coffee pots, etc. For extremely hot items straight from a 400°F+ oven, we still recommend trivets to be safe and extend the film's life.

Will I be able to see the film?

No. The film is ultra-clear and virtually invisible. It doesn't alter the color, pattern, or finish of your stone. It feels natural to the touch – smooth like your original stone. Most guests won't know it's there unless you tell them.

How does self-healing work?

Minor surface scratches in the film "heal" when exposed to heat (warm water, sunlight, or gentle heat from a hairdryer). The TPU material's molecular structure reforms, erasing the scratch. This is the same technology used on $100,000+ luxury vehicles.

With normal use, 10+ years. Premium films can last up to 15 years. It outlasts traditional sealers (6-12 months) by a decade. Think of it as a 10-year shield for your investment – far better value than resealing twice a year.
